First time tasting Fried Organic Brown Rice. The rice dish gives out a crunchy texture, different from the soft white rice. It's also has a nutty flavour, although healthy, I think some may not be able to enjoy the grainy brown rice all together with the dried scallops and egg white.

Pan-Fried Three Layer Nian Gao (Yam, Pumpkin and Coconut Milk)
An amazing creation from the chef's kitchen to entice diners using a simple and traditional ingredient such as 'Nian Gou' to prepare this dessert.  The Pan-Fried Three Layer Nian Gao which resembles the porky-licious chunky piece of roasted pork belly, is made entirely from 3 simple vegan ingredients such as pumpkin for the look-alike roasted pork skin, the white nian gou is the belly fat  while the shredded yam, on the other hand, is the 'succulent' lean meat' of the roast pork.
